Stephen J. Straley, Esq.
Stephen Straley graduated from the University of Florida School of Law and was selected for the Law Review. Mr. Straley’s undergraduate work was done at Pennsylvania State University, graduating with honors.
Mr. Straley opened the Firm over 40 years ago and has built it into a well respected and trusted law firm that focuses primarily on community association law, elder law, and real estate law. Mr. Straley lectures and speaks on Community Association and Real Estate Law trends and changes, and travels to attend seminars and discussions featuring state and national leaders in the Real Estate and Community Association fields.
Mr. Straley quickly recognized in 1997 when Mr. Otto joined the Firm that they shared many core values, such as a “client first” attitude, dedication to a quality work product, extreme organization, a positive, family-type work environment for employees and staff, and a determination and will to be the best at what they do. These shared values have been imparted on our associate attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries and staff who carry out our firm’s daily business with such an approach.
Get to know Steve:
Steve and his wife Jodi have been married over 35 years. Jodi recently retired from running the day to day operations of Action Title Company, which Steve and Jodi have owned for over 30 years. They have lived on Hollywood beach throughout their marriage and relish the South Florida weather and life style. Steve enjoys sports, especially golf, as well as working out regularly. Steve and Jodi have extended family in Hawaii that they visit frequently.
