Tara N. mulrey, Esq.

Tara N. Mulrey is a Partner with the Firm focusing on Community Association Law. 

Ms. Mulrey prides herself on being professional, warm, and friendly and recognizes that consistent communication is a vital part of maintaining meaningful and successful relationships with her clients.

Prior to joining Straley | Otto, Ms. Mulrey spent several years overseeing the collections and foreclosure department at a South Florida law firm and has extensive experience in this area of law.

Ms. Mulrey earned her undergraduate degree from Florida International University. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Mulrey worked as a trial paralegal for a criminal defense firm and took part in several high-profile cases in Broward and Palm Beach County. Ms. Mulrey earned her juris doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University where she graduated cum laude. While in law school, Ms. Mulrey took the opportunity to clerk for judges in Broward County and took part in Nova Southeastern University’s Family Law Clinic assisting members of the community pro bono. Ms. Mulrey is admitted to the Florida Bar, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

On Tara’s personal time…

She enjoys spending time with her parents, her two brothers, her beautiful niece, and her extended family who all live nearby. Tara also enjoys cooking, wine tastings, and caring for her three Shih Tzu fur-babies.
